Guarantee If there is a problem with workmanship, the diaper will be replaced or repaired at my discretion within 60 days from the date of purchase (first owner only). Use of Oxy Clean, chlorine bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets voids this warranty. There will be no exchanges for custom orders with embroidery, unless there is a manufacturing defect. I stand behind my diapers 100%, so if you have any kind of a problem, please let me know. Return Policy
I accept returns on items that have not been worn or washed, and are in the exact condition as they were sold, for an exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and your exchange may be subject to additional shipping charges, unless there is a manufacturing defect. No returns or exchanges on items that were made to your specs, such as "shorter rise" for example, or personalized embroidery, such as a child's name. Please contact me before returning any items, as I will not accept any returns without prior notification. All sales on seconds and clearance items are final.
Processing Time
I ship each and every order as fast as possible. Small orders take 3-5 business days to process. Medium sized orders take 5-7 business days, and large orders take 7-10 days. You will receive email confirmation with delivery confirmation number when your order is shipped out (U.S. customers only).
Canceled Orders
Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped out. There is a flat rate $4.00 cancellation fee, as I get charged a fee for refunding payments.
